The new toilet paper dilemma?

So have you seen the new Charmin commercials with the bears?  The new problem with toilet paper apparently is that they leave bits of toilet paper stuck to your ass. I don't know, but I have never had this occur. Is there a new sticky toilet paper epidemic of which I am not aware? How much toilet paper and with what effort do you need in order to have this problem? Seems silly to me. The softness commercials were much better.
